branches of government is essential for balance of power in government.
5. All legitimate Federal powers are divided between the three branches.
Hence there is no legitimate place for the administrative branch
of the Federal government. Therefore:
- Legislative powers cannot be delegated to non-elected bureaucrats
- Legislative powers cannot be delegated to the executive branch
- Judicial functions cannot be delegated to the executive branch
or agencies therein

procedure or product.

or favors.

goods and services.
12. Attempts to improve on the efficiency of the free market system
by political "means'' always lead to higher prices, and inferior
goods.
13. Governments can never save money (be a stable repository of
wealth)
14. The government solution is always the most extravagant solution
to any problem.
15. Most government "solutions" have been carefully engineered
not to work.
16. "Bigness'' in business or government is never in the best interest
of the public.
